You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Ko-fi. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
Because license keys are digital goods that are instantly consumable, all Pro subscription purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for:
Contact us via our Contact page with your license key and the email used for the Ko-fi purchase. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
All new users get 20 free Pro compressions as a trial before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the trial to verify that TokenSqueezer meets your needs.
We reserve the right to revoke license keys without refund if the user violates the Terms of Service (e.g., key sharing, abuse, unauthorized commercial use).
